These terms govern your use of the NivoraFit iOS app and nivorafit.com. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

NivoraFit converts natural-language workout and meal descriptions into structured logs and statistics. AI-based parsing is imperfect, and nutrition values (calories, macronutrients) are AI-generated estimates for typical preparations — they are approximations, not measurements. You are responsible for reviewing logged data, and the app provides editing tools to correct it.

Not medical advice

NivoraFit is a logging tool, not a medical device, and provides no medical, health, or coaching advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program. You use the app and perform any exercise at your own risk.

Subscription

• NivoraFit requires an auto-renewing monthly subscription after a 7-day free trial. The price is shown in the app before you subscribe.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or from Profile → Manage subscription in the app.
• Unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase, per Apple's standard terms. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Your account and data

• You must sign in with Sign in with Apple and be at least 13 years old.
• Your workout data belongs to you. You can delete your account and all data at any time from Profile → Delete account.
• You agree not to abuse the service — including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the service, or using the AI parsing for purposes other than logging workouts.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features, and may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is", without warranties, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NivoraFit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including injury during exercise or loss of data beyond what we can reasonably control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
